CINCINNATI —
Joe Burrow could be returning to the field for the Cincinnati Bengals soon.
The Bengals’ franchise quarterback returned to the practice field in limited fashion on Monday, less than two months after suffering a toe injury in Week 2 that required surgery. Advertisement
Neither Burrow nor the Bengals have released a timeline for when they expect the 28-year-old to be back on the field for a game but some around the league have speculated if the Bengals’ Thanksgiving game against the Baltimore Ravens would be a realistic target.
Asked if it would be meaningful for him to return on Thanksgiving, Burrow responded “very,” but didn’t give a definitive answer on if that is his target date to return.
“We’ll see,” Burrow said. “We’ll see how these next couple weeks go.”
