Oscar Isaac Open to Star Wars Return if Disney Says No to Fascism

We applaud stars who put their money where their mouth is. Or, in this case, their mouth where their money is. Oscar Isaac once famously said that he’d only return to Star Wars if he needed another house. And we suppose that was a real statement to make. But now, Oscar Isaac has the door open to returning to Star Wars, but has a new caveat which we can all get behind. In a new interview with GQ , Isaac shared that he’d consider a Star Wars return IF Disney did not “succumb to fascism.” Well, considering Star Wars is all about not succumbing to fascism , we certainly hope a future where a) Disney does not succumb to fascism and b) Oscar Isaac returns to Star Wars can be achieved. We can honestly say, that sounds like a light side vision of the world to us.
