LINCOLN, Neb. (Huskers.com) - The Nebraska volleyball team collected three Big Ten weekly awards on Monday.
Junior middle blocker Andi Jackson was named co-Player of the Week, while Bergen Reilly earned Setter of the Week and Laney Choboy was named Defensive Player of the Week.
Jackson’s efficiency was off the charts in Nebraska’s 3-0 wins over Illinois and No. 22 Minnesota last week. Jackson led all Division I players with a .733 hitting percentage on the week, finishing at 4.00 kills per set, the most by a Big Ten middle blocker.
Jackson had a perfect game on Thursday with a 1.000 hitting percentage (9-0-9), along with four blocks in the sweep of the Fighting Illini. She followed up with a season-high 15 kills on .619 hitting with three digs and a block in the sweep at No. 22 Mi
