USA TODAY Sports will have live coverage of the NFL's Packers vs. Eagles "Monday Night Football" matchup.

The Philadelphia Eagles and Green Bay Packers are set to finish off Week 10 with a "Monday Night Football" that could go a long way toward determining the power structure atop the NFC.

Cord-cutters who use YouTube TV as their primary streaming service will have to find another way to watch the Nov. 10 game, as YouTube TV remains in a dispute with ESPN's parent company, Disney.

Here's what to know about the ongoing dispute between the two parties and what each has said since Disney's YouTube TV blackout began.

Why is ESPN not on YouTube TV?

ESPN is not presently on YouTube TV because of a dispute between its parent company, Disney, and the streaming service.

Disney suspended its TV channels from YouTube TV on Oct. 30. The decision came after the two parties couldn't come to a new agreement on a new contract for the streaming service to license Disney's content for its platform.

YouTube TV explained in a statement that Disney was following through on a threat to use a blackout as "a negotiating tactic to force deal terms that would raise prices on our customers."

"Members, when we renew our contracts with network partners, we advocate for fair pricing to offer you the best TV experience," YouTube TV wrote on X. "Our contract with Disney has reached its renewal date, and we'll not agree to terms that disadvantage our members while benefiting Disney’s TV products."

Meanwhile, Disney and ESPN painted a different picture of the events, accusing YouTube TV's parent company, Google, of trying to undercut the industry-standard terms" Disney products have gotten across other major distributors.

"Unfortunately, Google’s YouTube TV has chosen to deny their subscribers the content they value the most by refusing to pay fair rates for our channels, including ESPN and ABC," ESPN PR wrote. "Without a new agreement in place, their subscribers will not have access to our programming, which includes the best lineup in live sports – anchored by the NFL, NBA, and college football, with 13 of the top 25 college teams playing this weekend.

"With a $3 trillion market cap, Google is using its market dominance to eliminate competition and undercut the industry-standard terms we’ve successfully negotiated with every other distributor. We know how frustrating this is for YouTube TV subscribers and remain committed to working toward a resolution as quickly as possible."

The dispute impacted NFL fans' ability to watch the Week 9 "Monday Night Football" contest between the Arizona Cardinals and Dallas Cowboys on YouTube TV. Viewers will also be unable to catch the Week 10 Green Bay Packers vs. Philadelphia Eagles contest, barring an 11th-hour agreement between the two parties.

Neither party has provided a timeline for when the dispute may end, but YouTube TV has said customers will receive a $20 credit if Disney's stations remain off its platform long-term.
