LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The response to last week’s deadly UPS plane crash has involved first responders from across the state who have been working around the clock.
The days since UPS Flight 2976 went down have been the hardest for everyone involved. For Okolona Fire Chief Mark Little, one of his challenges is getting his crew members to leave the site and rest when their shifts are over. They want to stay and help for as long as humanly possible. “This is something that no one has ever experienced,” Little told Spectrum News on Monday.
