AHSAHKA, Idaho — A 71-year-old woman suffered non-life-threatening injuries after falling from her truck and becoming trapped underneath it.

According to the Clearwater County Sheriff's Office (CCSO), deputies, Medic-1, and the Idaho State Police responded at 5:33 p.m. on Nov. 9 to a report of a person who had been run over in the area of Black Rock Drive.

The office stated that Leeann Callear of Ahsahka fell from her 2005 Chevrolet Silverado while reversing, and her right leg became trapped under the front driver's tire.

CCSO stated that family members freed Callear and took her inside before law enforcement arrived. She was then taken to the hospital.
