ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - Two Atlanta sisters can now look forward to restoring a historic Black cemetery in Buckhead.
A Fulton County judge recently ordered The Bluffs at Lenox homeowners association to maintain the Piney Grove Cemetery, which is on their property.

“To have this cemetery there once it’s restored and you can walk through, it is very important because that’s Black history,” Audrey Collins said. “It’s really a significant result because it can inspire others to go out and do the same thing for cemeteries that need to be recognized.”
