Veterans Day will be celebrated across Northern California through parades and other events.

25th annual Folsom Veterans Day Parade

The 25th annual Wayne Spence Folsom Veterans Day Parade begins at 9 a.m. on Tuesday.

The family-friendly parade will begin at East Bidwell Street and Montrose Drive and conclude at City Lions Park off of Natoma Street.

Elk Grove Veterans Day Parade

There will be a parade, ceremony and community picnic in honor of veterans on Tuesday in Elk Grove.

A ceremonial reading of the names will take place at 8820 Elk Grove Blvd. at 10 a.m. T
