LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — Las Vegas Metro Police are investigating a multi-vehicle crash in the southeast valley Monday afternoon.

According to LVMPD, a little before 2 p.m., three vehicles were involved in a crash on Sunset and Sandhill Road.

Police report three people were taken to the hospital. They did not clarify the status of their injuries at this time.

Police say impairment is not suspected to be a factor at this time.

Officials report the intersection will be closed in all directions. Drivers are asked to avoid the area.
