EVANSVILLE – Evansville police are accusing a local bail bondsman of attempted rape, promotion of sex trafficking and multiple other charges after he allegedly harassed a woman he helped bail out of jail, placed tracking devices on her car, and adopted an alias to trick her into meeting.
A Monday news release from EPD also claimed he recorded sexual encounters with other women at his home without their knowledge and entered people's houses without authority. EPD says "numerous victims have been identified," and more could still come forward.
