Butte woman pleads guilty to one charge in fatal hit

A 22-year-old Butte woman accused in a fatal hit-and-run during Butte’s traditional July 3 fireworks revelry in 2023 pleaded guilty to one of three charges Monday — failure to render aid in an accident involving death.
