CHESHIRE, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) - Cheshire police chief Michael Alibozek has been placed on administrative leave after being taken into custody in the parking lot of Hoosac Valley Middle and High School Thursday night for allegedly soliciting for sex for a fee.
He was arraigned on Monday and pleaded not guilty to one charge of sexual conduct for fees.
Alibozek was released on his own personal recognizance and will be back in court next month for a pre-trial hearing.
