He had to give it a bit of thought, but ultimately there were plenty of reasons for Andrew Thomas to have another crack.

This year, his first as Dungowan Cowgirls coach , he led the side to a league tag semi-final against the Werris Creek Magpies.

It didn't go their way , but Thomas "really enjoyed" his first season at the helm and is upbeat about their chances in 2026.
