ORANGE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- A public hearing will take place next week concerning a proposal for safety improvements at a major intersection in Orange County.

The Virginia Department of Transportation is looking to make changes to the intersection of Constitution Highway and Zachary Taylor Highway.
