2 days after videos went viral, senior officials shunted; BJP leaders detained after protests

Two days after a series of videos exposing preferential treatment at Parappana Agrahara Central Prison went viral, the state government on Monday transferred Chief Superintendent of Prisons K Suresh and suspended two junior officials, Jail Superintendent Magery and Assistant Superintendent Ashok Bhajantri,.
