Purnea (Bihar) [India], November 11 (ANI): As voting began for the second and last phase of Bihar Assembly elections, Independent MP from Purnea, Pappu Yadav on Tuesday said that the State is moving towards big change.
Yadav further questioned the increased voter turnout in the first phase of assembly elections, despite 69 lakh voters being deleted from the list following Special Intensive Revision (SIR).
