Mayenabasi Akpan, South Medford

The senior outside hitter had a strong finish to her high school career with the Panthers with her play at the Class 6A state tournament. She had 15 kills, 14 digs, two blocks and an ace in a tourney match with Sprague and she had 15 kills, 12 digs, two blocks and a pair of aces against Nelson.
