MARSHALL, Texas (KSLA) - The Martin House Children’s Advocacy Center will host its second annual Child Safety Day on Saturday, Nov. 15, at The Elks Lodge in Marshall.

The event, themed “Super Safe Saturday,” is free and open to the public. All children and teens must be accompanied by an adult.

Twenty local organizations have partnered with The Martin House CAC for the event. The mission of The Martin House CAC is to raise awareness and ensure that every child impacted by abuse is heard, protected, and receives vital services for their continued safety and future well-being.

The morning event will feature car seat safety checks, face painting, teddy bear hospital, impaired driving simulation, photo booth and bicycle helmet fittings.
