HUMBOLDT, Iowa —

Update, 1:11 p.m. : The driver of the Jeep has died from her injuries, according to an Iowa State Patrol crash report.

The driver has been identified as Deborah Lei Ruberg, 60, of Hardy.

One person was hospitalized after a crash in Humboldt County between a Jeep and a semi-truck.

According to an Iowa State Patrol crash report, a woman from Hardy was driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee westbound on Highway 3 at around 7:14 a.m. Monday. The driver lost control on ice and snow on the road and entered the eastbound lane.

A semi-truck in the eastbound lane collided with the Jeep. The Jeep driver was ejected from the vehicle and seriously injured, according to the crash report.
