WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) -- A non-profit known for donating Kansas beef after natural disasters is taking on its biggest challenge yet by aiding Alaskan communities after a devastating October typhoon.

The group called 'Cow Team 6' from El Dorado has only been around for a year, but in that time, it's donated beef to North Carolina after Hurricane Helene, Texas Hill Country communities after the flooding this year and more, helping those places stay fed through recovery.
