Zydus Lifesciences and Torrent Pharmaceuticals are gearing up for early entry into the fast-growing Semaglutide market for diabetes and weight loss. Torrent has filed with Brazil’s ANVISA and plans a first-wave 2026 launch as patents expire, targeting a share of the $1-billion market.
