Ndjakalenga Mwenentanda tallied 16 points and headed up a parade of six double figure scores to ignited hot shooting AP 19th-ranked Vanderbilt to a 96-48 victory over Furman in women’s basketball action on Monday at Memorial Gymnasium.

Mikayla Blakes scored 15 points, Justine Pissott added 14, Aiyana Mitchell 12 points, Aubrey Galvin 11, and Jada Brown with 10 points for the Commodores, who shot a sizzling 57.1 percent from the field (37-of-66), including 65.6 percent (21-of-32) in the second half.

Alyssa Ervin tied for game high scoring honors with 16 points to lead Furman (1-2), connecting on 4-of-9 attempts from 3-point range. Raina McGowens finished with 10 points for the Paladins.
