The central government on Tuesday implemented stricter anti-pollution measures under Stage III of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) in Delhi-NCR after the capital’s air quality deteriorated to the ‘severe’ category.

Schools have been directed to shift classes up to Class 5 to a hybrid learning mode. Some schools have also advised limiting outdoor activities and sports sessions for higher classes.
