QUAD CITIES, Iowa/Ill. (KWQC) --
Warm up has begun
Continues into the weekend
Strong front early Sunday
We’re off to a warmer start this morning, though wind chills are still in the mid-20s under cloudy skies.
If you’re heading out to the Veterans Day parade in Davenport, you’ll want to bundle up, as temperatures will only be in the mid-30s.This afternoon, clouds will gradually thin out, allowing highs to reach the 40s and 50s.
Each day through the rest of the work week will turn warmer, eventually topping out in the mid to upper 60s by Friday.
Looking ahead to the weekend, Saturday will be the warmer of the two days with highs in the 70s and gusty south winds.
Another strong storm system arrives Saturday night. At this time, it appears to be mainly a rain event that wraps up Sunda
