Three to four schoolgirls are seated in the back seat, while a man — presumably the rickshaw driver — is sitting beside the girl, seen giving her instructions as she handles the steering.

The incident has raised serious questions about road safety and the illegal transportation of students. Despite the government’s strict regulations and repeated awareness campaigns, such dangerous practices continue to surface. Authorities have previously warned transport operators against allowing underage individuals to drive or travel in overloaded vehicles.
