At least 12 people were killed and multiple others were reported injured after a car exploded on Tuesday near the Kacheri area in Islamabad, according to a report by ARY News. The vehicle caught fire following the blast and was quickly engulfed in flames, police said. Emergency services and a large contingent of law-enforcement personnel rushed to the scene, and the injured were transported to a nearby hospital, where several remain in critical condition, hospital sources told media.
