Top-seeded North Hunterdon, No. 16 in the NJ.com Top 20, will make its third straight appearance in the North Jersey, Group 3 finals after defeating fourth-seeded and No. 12 Northern Highlands 7-0 in Annandale.
North Hunterdon (18-6-1) took a 2-0 lead at halftime before pulling away in the second half with five more goals and handing Northern Highlands its first loss.
This game was a measure of revenge for North Hunterdon after losing to Northern Highlands in the finals last season, 3-2.
Brielle Madriz added a goal and an assist.
Phoebe Kastin made nine saves for Northern Highlands (20-1).
North Hunterdon will face second-seeded and No. 15 Chatham on Wednesday, looking for its first title since winning three straight from 2021-23.
