Navratna PSU Stock Dividend: In an exchange filing, the railway consultancy firm said its board has declared a second interim dividend of Rs 2 per share, or 20 per cent on the face value of Rs 10 each. The company added that the record date to determine eligible shareholders has been fixed as Saturday, November 15, 2025.
