OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Temperatures are much warmer out the door Tuesday morning but are still very much worthy of a coat to start the day. As the clouds clear we’ll get enough sunshine to send us into the 60s.

Southwest wind will become northwest later this afternoon but shouldn’t be any worse than 20 mph. Clear sky and light wind tonight will again allow temps to drop into the 30s by Wednesday morning. Then more sunshine and 60s are likely.

Thursday starts up another surge of warm air with highs into the mid and upper 60s. Beyond that we will likely jump to near 70 degrees Friday & Saturday and could threaten records. Some models trend warmer that our forecast and we could easily up our forecast over the course of the week.

Rain chances have really backed off for the upcoming weekend. W
