HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - After the cold start to the week, temperatures are going to warm up significantly for the rest of this week. Then comes a cool-down for next week with moisture chances returning.

Early clouds are making their way on out this morning. Much of the day will be fairly sunny as temperatures rise up into the mid to upper 60s and lower 70s. Winds might be a little breezy as they turn northwesterly. It may even get a little windy into Northern Nebraska. Overnight will be quiet with clear skies as temperatures fall to the upper 20s and low to mid 30s. Wednesday will still be fairly sunny with a few clouds late. Highs may be a touch cooler, but still get to the 60s to near 70°. We’ll see some clouds roll in Wednesday night into Thursday. Temperatures are expected to come up
