This Morning hosts Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard were "moved" over a heartbreaking death as viewers were left "in tears". ‌

During Tuesday's (November 11) episode of the popular ITV show, Cat and Ben shared a touching story in honour of Remembrance Day. ‌

They interviewed 15-year-old Lennon and 14-year-old Ruby, whose father, Mark Palin, was tragically killed while serving as an Army Corporal in Afghanistan before Ruby was even born. ‌

"Over the weekend, they took part in the Festival of Remembrance, where they paid tribute to their dad and other servicemen and women by carrying the Book of Remembrance during the ceremony," Ben added.
