CRESCO, Iowa – Two trials have been set for a trio facing drug charges in two Iowa counties.
Michelle Kay Clark, 37 of Cresco, has pleaded not guilty to possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, failure to use a drug tax stamp, possession of meth-2 nd offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Her trial is scheduled to begin in Howard County District Court on February 16, 2026.
Michael Levi Koch, 42 from Elma, is facing a trial for possession of drug paraphernalia starting December 17 in Howard County District Court.
Storm McClintock Bailey, 43 of Decorah, has not entered a plea to two counts of drug possession-3 rd of subsequent offense in Winneshiek County.
The three were arrested after the Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office executed five search warrants in one day.
