BRANSON, Mo. (KY3) - Veterans Week in Branson started November 5 with events all across the city leading up to the main event on November 11, the 93rd annual Veterans Day Parade.

“It’s unbelievable,” said parade director Mike Kremper. “I’ve been with the military for years. I’ve pretty much been all around the county, and there’s no other place like Branson. The patriotism that is here, the love of the veterans that is here, you can’t beat it. It’s the best there is. That’s the beauty of it, and as I always say, Branson is the last bastion of America.”

Kremper says people come from all over the country just to participate in the festivities and see the military vehicles lining the parade route.
