AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — On Tuesday, Chef Ron, owner of Sunday's Kitchen, joined Today in Amarillo and created a crispy chipotle chicken club for Veterans' Day.

Recipe below: • Two slices of Jalapeno cornbread • Six ounces of crispy fried chicken (chipotle marinated) • Two slices of thick-cut bacon • Two thin slices of Swiss cheese • Three thin slices of tomatoes • Chipotle aioli
