Williamson County continues to top the Headline Homes listings, taking seven of the top 10 spots for October's home sales. Though Williamson homes took four of the top five spots, one Davidson County residence snuck in to claim the number five spot for just over $6.03 million.
The top sale this month was for a 31.58-acre lot in Thompson's Station for $8.8 million, with the transaction involving two LLCs. Winston Cruze, principal broker and investment manager of Franklin-based Capital Realty Group and son-in-law of Dave Ramsey, is listed as the registered agent for the buyer LLC, Critz Crossing, on the Tennessee Secretary of State's business entity search.
