A man sought advice from the Reddit community after a tense family situation unfolded during his in-laws’ visit.

In a post , he explained that his wife’s parents had arrived from Lebanon to stay for two weeks, and what started as a lighthearted moment quickly turned into an uncomfortable standoff over sleeping arrangements.

“My wife’s a Lebanese Christian and her family lives in Lebanon,” he wrote, adding that when they visited her parents, he and his wife were not allowed to share a bed.
