Srinagar, Nov 11: In a major anti-narcotics breakthrough, the Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) Jammu recovered 500 grams of high-grade heroin and arrested an interstate drug smuggler during a swift, intelligence-driven operation, officials said.

In a statement, Acting swiftly on a specific and reliable input, the Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) Jammu achieved a major success by recovering approximately 500 grams of Heroin and arresting one interstate drug smuggler involved in the illicit narcotics trade, it reads.

During the operation, a team of ANTF Jammu intercepted the suspect following sustained surveillance and credible intelligence regarding drug trafficking activity, it reads.
