Mumbai: The FICCI Young Leaders Summit 2025 will conclude with a forward-looking session titled “Beyond Unicorns: Rise of the Greenhorn Disruptors,” focusing on sustainable business innovation and climate-driven entrepreneurship.

The session will be chaired by Jayshree Bhoj, IAS, Secretary, Department of Environment and Climate Change, Government of Maharashtra, and moderated by Shailesh Ganeshrao Tembhurnikar, Distinguished Fellow, TERI. Panelists will include Aditi Bhosle, Founder, Repos Energy; Ankit Agarwal, Founder, Phool.co; and Aditya Ruia, Founder, BECO.

Speakers are expected to discuss how India’s new generation of entrepreneurs is redefining success by combining profit with purpose. Topics will include climate-tech innovation, circular economy models, and clean energy ventures.
