Paris Jackson says she has perforated septum from drug use

Paris Jackson is revealing how her past drug use took a toll on her body.

The “Let Down” singer, 27, revealed in a Nov. 10 TikTok video that she has “a perforated septum” caused by taking drugs.

“I realized I never addressed this and it can sometimes be very noticeable,” Jackson said in the clip. “I have a really loud whistle when I breathe through my nose, and that is because I have what is called a perforated septum.”

Jackson then shined her phone light up to her nose to show viewers the hole, explaining that a perforated septum is “slightly different” compared to a deviated septum.

A perforated septum, also known as septal perforation, is a hole in the cartilage or bone in between your nostrils, typically caused by injuries and conditions that damage the blood vessels in your nose
