BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - An arrest warrant has been issued for a man accused of masturbating in the parking lot of a Baton Rouge store.

According to the warrant, Kevin Lee Morman Jr., 43, is wanted on a charge of obsenity following the alleged incident.

Morman was seen sitting naked in a truck in the parking lot of the Baby Gap store on Corporate Boulevard, authorities said. They added that the victim stated she saw Morman staring at her while he was masturbating.

The victim ran into the store, and Morman then drove off, the warrant states. The victim said that she was able to record the truck’s license plate number before it got away.

Authorities said that Morman has previously been arrested for obscenity three times in Louisiana.
