Hollywood actress Sally Kirkland has died at the age of 84 after a battle with dementia, her rep told TMZ on Tuesday.

Last year, a GoFundMe page was created for Kirkland, a New York native, to help with medical costs for the “significant health crisis,” the New York Post reported.

In her 60-year career, Kirkland appeared in more than 250 film and television projects. The Oscar-nominated actress starred in the 1987 comedy drama “Anna.” Prior to that, she was featured in Andy Warhol’s experimental film, “The 13 Most Beautiful Women.”

Millennials might remember Kirkland for roles throughout the 1990s and 2000s in projects that included “Bruce Almighty,” “JFK,” and “Roseanne.”
