A new Luther movie is coming to Netflix!

Idris Elba will reprise his role as Detective John Luther in the film being directed by Jamie Payne , alongside returning stars Ruth Wilson and Dermot Crowley .

The movie will follow 2023′s Luther: The Fallen Sun , which is based on the hit BBC series.

Here’s a synopsis, per Variety : “In this chapter, Luther is secretly called back into service when a new wave of brutal, seemingly random murders hits London. But how can he save London when everyone on all sides seems to want him dead?”
