Many voters expressed frustration, saying even the Chief Minister’s visit was limited to campaigning. They also said they demanded consistent attention and real development throughout the year.
“Every election we see the same faces returning for campaigns, but once the results are out, they disappear,” said Abdul Majid, a resident of main town Budgam, who cast his ballot around noon said.
He said they need leaders who visit even when there are no election
