The counsel for IRS officer Sameer Wankhede on Monday told the Delhi High Court that Aryan Khan and the makers of Ba***ds Of Bollywood are trying to hide behind the disclaimer. The counsel argued that the team is attempting to defend their case by saying the satire in the series is absolute.

During the proceedings held on Monday, Wankhede’s advocate said in court, “Disclaimer is of no consequence. The proof of pudding is how people consume it." He further continued, “The defence of satire is not absolute. You have taken potshots at me in my professional capacity." The IRS officer’s counsel concluded, “This is vendetta passing off as fiction."
