SALT LAKE CITY -- The Pacers have signed forward Jeremiah Robinson-Earl to a second 10-day hardship exception contract, the team announced on social media Tuesday.

The 25-year-old former Villanova star in his fifth NBA season has been particularly effective for the Pacers on the glass and defensive end of the floor since signing his first 10-day deal Nov. 1. He's averaging 6.8 rebounds per game in his five games with the team with a 12-rebound performance against the Warriors in a loss on Sunday and a 15-rebound outing against the Nets on Wednesday. He also has four steals in five games and has been effective defending multiple positions.
