Jaishankar to attend G7 Foreign Ministers’ meeting in Canada on Nov 12

New Delhi, Nov 11: External Affairs Minister Dr S. Jaishankar will travel to Ontario, Canada, on November 12 to take part in the G7 Foreign Ministers’ Meeting with Outreach Partners, at the invitation of Canada’s Foreign Minister, Ms. Anita Anand.

According to the Ministry of External Affairs, Dr Jaishankar’s participation underscores India’s continued commitment to collaborating with international partners to address pressing global challenges and to amplify the voice of the Global South in multilateral forums.

During his visit, the External Affairs Minister is also expected to hold bilateral meetings with his counterparts on the sidelines of the G7 Foreign Ministers’ Meeting.
