Veterans Day is Nov. 11, and several restaurants are offering food days for veterans in Fort Collins and nationwide.
Many national chains with locations in and around Fort Collins are offering food deals for those who have served in the military, including free meals and free cups of coffee.
Locally and veteran-owned Mary's Mountain Cookies will also be giving away cookies to veterans at the Front Range Village location, 2842 Council Tree Ave., Unit 167. Those who aren't veterans can buy a cookie for a veteran, and all cookies bought for veterans that aren't handed out by the end of the day will be donated to the local veterans affairs office.
Veterans, we want to hear from you. Which food special are you most likely to take advantage of this Veterans Day? Vote in the poll below.
