Arne Lewis Pedersen, 85, of Dutton, MT, passed away peacefully in Logan, UT on November 10, 2025. He was born on September 29, 1940 to Elsie LaPorte and Bertel Pedersen in St. Ignatius, Montana.

Arne proudly served in the US Air Force for 23 years, retiring as a Master Sergeant. He loved his country and served all over the world. At the height of the Cold War, while serving in the Pentagon, he was instrumental in dismantling a KGB spy network at great personal risk.

After retiring, he and his wife, Bev, owned and operated Cafe Dutton in Dutton, MT, for over 30 years. People came from all around to have a famous “Monster Burger”. Arne loved to cook and loved to serve the people who enjoyed his food. Arne was a lifetime “slicer” golfer and e
