A man who allegedly broke into a house and attacked a woman in Tamworth has been released to the community on bail.

Marcus Trindall, 37, had a bail bid successfully heard in Sydney on Monday, November 10, and was released under a long list of separate conditions governing his conduct and living conditions by the NSW Supreme Court.

Trindall faces charges of aggravated break-and-enter with intent to use violence; aggravated break-and-enter to commit a serious indictable offence; and inflict actual bodily harm with intent to have sexual intercourse with the complainant.

The offences stem from an alleged incident that took place in Anthony Road in South Tamworth on May 25 . He has not been required to enter pleas to the charges.
