A judge has found a woman accused of killing her boyfriend and cutting off his penis in May 2024 incompetent to proceed to trial.

Shenting Guo, 33, was charged with second degree murder in May 2024 after police said she stabbed her boyfriend, 38-year-old Dustin Nalls, to death and cut off his penis.

Guo was examined twice, first by a state of Colorado psychologist in May, which found her competent, and another time by a psychologist hired by her attorneys in late July, which found her incompetent.
